About Jane Keep
Jane Keep is the Founder and Director of The Leaders Leader.
Jane is an Organisational and Leadership Development Practitioner, Executive Coach, and Health and Wellbeing at Work Specialist.
She has 30+ years experience working across Organisational Development, Culture, Values, Team Development, Staff Engagement, Coaching, Executive and Board Development and Change Management within the NHS, as well as having undertaken projects in Further/Higher Education, Local Government, and Voluntary/Not for Profit sectors.
Jane has expertise in dealing with deep seated behavioural issues in the workplace, including coaching for performance, and mediation for conflict. She has undertaken over 1000 team development projects, working with Boards and Teams with leaders and staff at all levels of organisations.
She has worked extensively in the development of leaders designing and delivering a range of leadership development programmes and coaching and learning interventions, often working with leadership development consultancies, and other leadership development practitioners for wide scale whole system programmes.
Jane also has extensive experience in initiating health and wellbeing programmes for productivity, and enabling staff engagement that encourages commitment and effective relationships at work, and is committed to staff experience and staff engagement.
Inclusive in nature and style Jane brings back purpose and simplicity at work, that makes work about people and relationships as the core to effective workplaces.
Jane has a Phd on ‘Developing Self-Care at Work’.
Jane loves working with people and loves working.
Jane currently works offering her services to organisations and individuals as well as continuing to work at a large London Hospital as an OD Business Partner, and at a UK University, where she is now a Visiting Associate Professor.
